The Menkiti Group, a real estate developer dedicated to high quality affordable housing in Metro accessible locations throughout DC (pictured is Bo Menkiti, CEO), is developing 16 condominium units in a renovated building four blocks from the Columbia Heights Metro, starting at $200K. Located at 3318 Sherman Avenue, it is scheduled to be completed by early next year.

If you would like to get on the first-come, first-serve buyers list, complete this survey! Or if you just want to be informed, be a fan on Facebook!

This is an opportunity to help encourage The Menkiti Group to build units that meet your specific needs and offer suggestions on what green features should be included in exchange for commitments to purchase if so accommodated. In partnership with CoolTown Beta Communities, the key values for this development are for it to be collaborative, green and diverse.
